New Life Emerging
The winter of 2010 was one on the dryest Israel ever known. A small fire in the outskirts of a village on the mount Carmel turned out to be a large scale forest fire, destroying 25 thousand square meters of trees. eventually, the hard work of firemen and the rain helped to stop the fire.
Few weeks after the storm, I went to look at the aftermath. In spite of the fire, new life already started their way. Between the burned accorns, grew the new generation of forest life.
